– Nickel (Ni): 19.0-21.0%
– Molybdenum (Mo): 4.0-5.0%

Mechanical Properties:
– Tensile Strength: 620 MPa (minimum)
– Yield Strength: 260 MPa (minimum)
– Elongation at Break: 40% (minimum)
– Hardness: 95 HRB (maximum)

Heat Treatment:
X6CrNi2520 stainless steel is typically solution annealed at 1020-1100°C, followed by water quenching or rapid cooling, and then tempered at 300-350°C for 2-3 hours to achieve the desired properties.

Machinability:
X6CrNi2520 stainless steel grade exhibits good machinability when using appropriate machining techniques, such as slow speeds, heavy feeds, and sharp cutting tools. It is essential to use ample cutting fluid to reduce friction and heat generation during machining.
